Refund Policy
General rule
Payments are generally non-refundable as a matter of Kivolet's voluntary commercial policy once paid digital value has been generated and accessed, including paid scans, distribution intelligence, competitor intelligence, reports or exports.
Before paid value is used
Kivolet may approve a courtesy refund where paid value has not been generated or accessed. Decisions are based on server-side billing and usage records and do not limit any mandatory statutory rights.
Exceptions
Duplicate charges, material service failures, incorrectly collected payments and refunds required by applicable law are reviewed separately. Spotlight payments may also be refunded when Kivolet rejects a placement before it goes live, subject to the applicable purchase terms.
Immediate performance
At checkout, customers can expressly request that paid digital services begin immediately and acknowledge that use of those services may affect withdrawal or refund rights where permitted by applicable law. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
