Kivolet Terms
Paid services
Kivolet Pro is a recurring subscription. Additional products change the subscription quantity. Distribution Pack is a separate one-time service. Spotlight is a separate recurring public placement. Applicable prices are shown before checkout and payment is handled by Stripe.
Digital delivery
Paid analysis, intelligence, reports, exports and other digital deliverables may begin immediately when you request them. Generated output can depend on public third-party data and may change over time; Kivolet does not guarantee a specific traffic, ranking or commercial outcome.
Subscriptions
You can cancel recurring subscriptions through the available billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewals subject to Stripe's effective billing date. Removing an additional Pro product makes its Kivolet workspace read-only rather than deleting its existing data.
Law and mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or other mandatory legal protections that cannot lawfully be waived. The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
